He has worked across several law schools and practised as an arbitrator in disputes including state investor, international trade, and construction. His interests include intellectual property law, privacy, and data protection, contributing national and international academic perspective to the board.

Holds a PhD in psychology (Lebanese International University, Beirut) and multidisciplinary background spanning pharmacognosy, medicinal plants, organic/medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, and psychiatry. Serves as a Child Protection Officer (Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Beirut) and part-time Assistant Professor in Pharmacy at LIU. Published numerous articles and participated in local and international conferences.
